The view is impeccable and the facilities are great too. They managed to create a very peaceful environment even though being located next to the biggest and loudest clubs on the island. I personally had no issues sleeping at night because the doors seemed to cancel out 95% of the noise from the clubs. The cats are a big ++ from my side!

The free pancakes (and coffee / tea / biscuits / bananas etc) are such a great addition which makes you feel valued as a guest. Nikky is the most friendly & hard-working host ever - non-stop laughter 😂 THE COMFIEST BEDS WE’VE HAD IN THAILAND!! Bathrooms were always being cleaned and the short common area overlooking the street made it feel so social and easy to make friends. Location was also perfect! No noise either! And WiFi was AMAZING - could connect half-way down the street.

Just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. but still calm. Easy to make new friends. Leo (the owner) has a natural talent to bring people together and makes everybody feel welcome. The staff omg they are so sweet and nice ❤️ so kind and always open to help! They prepare breakfast ready in the morning and even is small feels like home. Away from the crazy and the people who stay I think they are looking the same calm haha no crazy young people making noise. It was good.
