Although the host left the hostel at 9pm already, he opened the door for us and told us what we needed to know. Thanks for this exceptional flexibility. The location is very good, in the center of Hualien close to the train station. The beds were very comfortable, the room was well cleaned, the common area was a nice place to chill. the next morning we left early to Taroko National Park. We were able to check out early without any problems. We had a great stay and the best sleep in a long time!

We really enjoyed cycling along the coast and eating at the night market. The hostel rooms aren't the biggest but they are clean and comfy, there are also lots of places to relax in the common areas. I would definitely recommend staying at this gem!
