Well located in the West District district of Taichung, Star Hostel Taichung Parklane is located on the top floors of Green Park Lane Shopping Centre. It is 700 metres from Kuangsan SOGO Dept. Store, 1.6 km from National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and 5 km from Fengjia Night Market. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Private parking is available on site. Its really clean and location was great. The bfast was so good and the design of every room was excellent. They even have hair straightner! Shockingly the bedcover was really soft and fluffy.

A barbecue and a big yard terrace are featured. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in in Taiwan or anywhere else. Rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable, building had character and charm. Location was convenient as we had to attend an event at the university nearby, and the staff were extremely helpful. Double room was also very affordable for the quality.

Set in the Central District of Taichung, Loosha Hostel is only 900 metres away from Taichung Train Station. Some of the most popular places in Taichung such as Miyahara Ice Cream, Fourth Credit Union and Shin Sei Green Waterway are within walking distance.

All rooms have free Wifi and air conditioning. Dormitory rooms provide clothes rack, privacy curtains and safety deposit boxes. I like the space in the bunk bed. I can sit on my bed without hitting my head, having much space on the bed. (I booked the 4 ppl mixed room) Also, I like the friendly and passionate staff, who introduced the nearby sightseeing point and night market to us. The shower room and toilet is also clean

Fengjia Night Market is 3.4 km from the inn and National Museum of Natural Science is a 10-minute walk away. The beds were spacious and comfortable, the lockers were convenient and worked well, and the common space was awesome! Super comfy and cozy.

All rooms and shared bathrooms for male and female are separated. it’s a fantastic place to stay. the amenities provided are excellent, and the hostel is spotlessly clean. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night’s sleep. located near the train station is very convenient for travelers.

It was good and comfortable, tho i living in a mixed dorm however it turn out comfy and would come next time

The hostel is 400 metres from Taichung Railway Station, 1.9 km from National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and 2.8 km from Kuangsan SOGO Department Store. Taichung Ching Chuan Kang Airport is 15 km away. I just stayed for one night, and everything was excellent. The staff is super friendly.

The rooms in the accommodation are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a computer. The location couldn't be better! Right beside the Night Market, Old Street, and Temple, with so many food options. The staff were very helpful with recommendations even though we needed to use google translate. Everything was perfect: clean, spacious, and comfortable. The big tub was especially appreciated after a long day of bicycling. While there is no elevator in this renovated building, it was only a couple flights of stairs, so not a problem as long as you expect it.
