The hostel location is really accessible. It’s nearby the train station, night markets and stores. And there’s a bar downstairs if you want to have a drink. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially Yaya and Alice. They helped me with directions if I want to go somewhere I’m not familiar with. Also, the place is very clean including the bathrooms. Facilities were complete— toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, make up remover, sunblock, etc.) laundry and drying area, wifi on each floors and hair straightener and dryers are available. They also gave me a free cake when they found out from my passport that it was my birthday 🥰

El Star Hostel Taipei East se encuentra en la zona oriental más de moda de Taipéi y ha transformado una antigua casa residencial en un establecimiento cosmopolita, moderno y ecológico. El lugar es fantástico y el personal también. El desayuno estaba muy bien, cada día había un plato diferente. Y la ubicación perfecta, al lado del metro y ubike. Había un problema de ruido exterior en mi habitación que trataron de solucionar y como no lo lograron me hicieron un reembolso. La verdad que un 10, espero lo hayan podido solucionar.

Situado a 8 minutos a pie de Taipei Zhongshan Hall y a 400 metros de Taipei Main Station, Just Live Hostel cuenta con habitaciones con aire acondicionado y un baño compartido en Taipéi. The hostel was 5min away from the central station, very well located! It is well cleaned and also secure, there are enough showers and toilets to never have to wait. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. Also, the team was very helpful if needed! I recommend 100%, especially if you like quiet places after roaming around Taipei!

Excellent location, got a convenient store downstairs; nice staff, responsive and helpful. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Overall it was nice to stay here and recommend to travellers.

Very clean, silent, and comfortable. Good quality facilities/amenities. I also felt very safe. I'd recommend this place for solo female travelers, which is a lot to say. The location is perfect as it very close to the main station which has an express train to the airport that ia both convenient and affordable.
