The property was super clean, tidy and clear on where everything is. I felt comfortable right away which is not always the case when I travel. They helped me with a late check in and directions were well communicated. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is near a lot of bigger store shopping.

The receptionist was very thoughtful and friendly. When she saw me carrying a suitcase, she kindly helped me carry it up the stairs. She was also very helpful when I stored my luggage. The floor was very clean, and the bathroom and shower area were separated for wet and dry use. The location was easy to find—right next to McDonald's—and there were makeup mirrors available. The price was affordable, and I would definitely book this place again the next time I visit Taipei.

Meu vôo atrasou 3 vezes e por isso acabei chegando à Taipei após o horário de check in. Consegui entrar em contato para avisar que chegaria tarde e eles compreenderam e me ajudaram com o procedimento de self check in para que eu pudesse entrar mesmo após o horário de funcionamento. Banheiros limpos, chuveiros excelentes, camas confortáveis, funcionários prestativos. Adorei minha estadia, ficaria novamente com certeza.

A special shoutout to Abby and Phoebe, who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with such warmth and kindness. They were always available to answer any question, no matter how big or small, and their local tips made my trip so much better. Their professionalism and friendliness really set this hostel apart! If you’re visiting Taipei, I cannot recommend Work Inn Hostel at Taipei 101 enough – the atmosphere, location, and amazing staff like Abby and Phoebe make it truly one-of-a-kind.

The hostel's cleanliness is worth mentioning. Lockers are provided for free, and the towel rental is nominal. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The location is unbeatable and a major highlight. The washrooms are ample and well-maintained. Slippers are available for washroom use, which is appreciated. The bed and mattress were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the privacy at each bed is a big plus.
