The room is large and you can store your luggage under the bed. So nothing gets in the way. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The showers and toilets are large, so you have plenty of space. The staff is very friendly and explain everything about the hostel and the city.

The host is very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist guests. The rooms are extremely cozy and comfortable, especially, the bathroom is super clean, which I really appreciate. Definitely come back next time!

The hostel furniture was brand new. Big bathrooms with large and modern showers. There was also a big washing machine where you could wash your clothes for just 40NTD (laundry soap included). The staff was extremely nice; even though English was not their strength, they were always available to help us and meet our needs. They offered us free snacks throughout the stay, which was very much appreciated. The location is ok, you have everything you need just a few minutes of walk away.

I have stayed here a few times over the years and it is always amazing. The beds are very comfortable and private. The showers are hot and have good pressure. The owner is very kind and helpful and really makes sure the guests are taken care of. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. This will always be my go-to hostel when I’m in Hualien.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The host was very helpful and nice. Everything was clean and comfortable and had nicely decorated artwork throughout the building. I also liked the location. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great atmosphere and the owners are so nice. It's very close to the train and bus station (take east exit). Una helped me find a driver to get to my next destination. She found a lost cat and spent the extra effort to find its owner. There's a place to dry laundry/towels and a food waste container.

The owner Chesdon is such a nice person. He will share maximum information with you according to your needs. He will make averyrhing for you to feel at home. I will definetly stay there for my next trip in Hualien.
