I booked a mixed dorm but a few days before my stay the staff contacted me asking me if I wanted to be moved to a female one since they had space. I’ve never been greeted so friendly and nicely in a B&B. The room was perfectly clean and the bathroom too, the bed was comfy, and the sheets were perfectly clean. You can use the kitchen in case you need it or store your things in the fridge. The location is nice, close to the college area and easy to reach. I would absolutely recommend it, and the price is really good too!

Spacious room (for NYC standards), comfy bed, awesome staff. I didn't need to wait to use wc/bathroom. They were super clean, you can use various products from a dedicated drawer. Plus, you have a sink in your room, so it makes things go even smoother. Breakfast was splendid. I'm not used to eating donuts in the morning, lol, but I appreciated A LOT OF yummy fresh berries. I stayed only for one night and moved to another location - I regreted that plan! I'll be definitely booking this one for the whole trip when I come back to NYC
