I was here for a very, very brief stay enroute to Chicago, but the people here were very friendly, the guy working at the hostel was amazing and helped me out with tips for getting around Detroit, and everything was very clean. It did take some practice maneuvering up to the top bunk, but I liked that they had two options - one more open with an easier ladder, and the one I chose, which is harder to get into, but provides the side walls if, like me, you are afraid of falling out of a top bunk. Or perhaps you will get there early enough to choose a bottom bunk and have no trouble at all! Definitely recommend this hostel and would stay there again if I am visiting or passing through Detroit.

I’d definitely recommend this hostel. It’s my first time ever in a hostel and I liked everything here. The price is valuable. The rooms, bathrooms, and the entire hostel is clean that you’d feel at home. I slept in the 3 beds room and it was spacious. I brought two baggages with me and no one ever touch them so it’s really safe too. Robbie is nice too. The breakfast is for free. You can borrow a bicycle if you wish. I booked again cause I like the entire experience.

STAY in Chicago offers adults-only rooms.. offers adults-only rooms with air-conditioning, shared bathrooms, and free WiFi. I was impressed by the accessibility and how responsive the staff was. I arrived late at night, and the access code I received wasn’t working due to a technical issue. After a long day of travel, it was a bit stressful, but I contacted the staff, and they responded immediately. They quickly opened the door for me remotely, and I really appreciated their speed and willingness to help, especially at that hour. Their prompt support made the situation much easier and left a great impression.

Wrigley Hostel is just steps away from Wrigley Field and only a 10-minute walk to the nearest public beach. The place is really well mantained and right next to the subway station

Situated amongst the popular dining and entertainment of the West Loop "Greektown" neighborhood, this downtown Chicago hostel offers complimentary daily coffee and tea (24 hours) and free WiFi. The hostel is quite central. It was super clean and the staff was nice. I met nice other travelers there too. The hostel was quite modern too and makes you feel comfortable. Would totally go again.
