Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, NY Moore Hostel offers accommodation in Brooklyn, 4 km from Barclays Center. Manhattan is 16 minutes' ride via the subway. My room was very spacious with high ceiling, and bright and clean bathroom. Nice to have a regular bed instead of a bunk one, and it was really comfortable. Some of the staff members were nice some not, but Andrew who showed me to my room was very helpful and friendly, and made sure that I have everything I need. Free coffee is such a great thing and the lounge was so cosy (so many books there!). Perfect location too, with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs around and close to a few subway stations so it takes no time to get to Manhattan.

This uptown New York hostel is 1 block from Broadway Street and a 10-minute walk to Central Park. It features free Wi-Fi, a movie lounge, and a large patio. location: upper west side, very nice district, smooth streets around, 4mins walk from subway line1 103st, or 10mins walk from subway lineB/C 103st(central park), both subway stations with ticket machines and service window but stairs only, around 45mins to JFK by taxi, bus M7/M11/M104/M4. neighborhood: supermarket, post office, McD and Ben&Jerry ice cream within one block. one room card for the gate, common area(after reception area) and room entrance. one elevator, four stairways. clean toilets and shower rooms with two hairdryer each. shower head only, good water pressure and stable hot water. dormitory room: big windows with blackout curtains, 2 trash cans, one big mirror, heater, air purifier. good bunk beds with curtain, one lamp and sockets/USB each, big locker can fitted in 28inches luggage for each bed. free tower. no clothes hanger. 24hour reception with friendly, helpful staff. little bakery, vending machines, dining area, kitchen, common area, rental lockers. on the arrival day before check-in hour, can leave the luggage at the reception free. one the same day after check-out hour, can rent a big locker in the basement, $5/day. you will get one room card for enter the gate, the common area and the locker itself. i put one 26inches, one 22inches luggage and one sport bag inside still lots of space.(last photo) highly recommended!!!!!!

The room was small but quite comfortable, and it was perfectly clean and convenient. The breakfast, coffee, cocoa, and all other food/drink and amenities were excellent! The people were amazingly helpful and warmhearted, and they went out of their way to provide very useful practical information that made everything relaxed and totally stress-free. For anyone looking for a tremendous cost-performance value in Manhattan, I most highly recommend American Dream!

Everything is good, the host is very nice, he arrived and checked me in, explained all about Niagara Falls! He is truly patriot of The USA, and love to tell about the country!

It’s clean and you get exactly what you pay for. Ear plugs are recommended due to it being a hostel but there is no better place for me if I stay in New York by myself.
