The Owner, Mishka very kind and friendly, she bring me to supermarket buy some food and also bring me to the bus terminal in the last day I stayed. Thank you Mishka

The owners are very friendly and helpful, the rooms and common area/kitchen are clean and well organized. On top - there are 2 pools, sunbeds and hammocks in the beautiful garden :-) Also surfing was great!

The hostel is located in a small hill, offering a great view to Las Terrenas and the sea, and be able to be surrounded by nature. Still it is very close from the town centre or beach if you don’t mind walking.

At the hostel all rooms are fitted with air conditioning and a shared bathroom. Literally couldn’t be better, hostel room was super cozy with complete privacy inside your bunk, and the public spaces were beautiful and really well kept. The photos don’t even do it justice, since they were taken all the surrounding plants and garden has grown into a lush jungle around the main building. One of the owners, Austin, was an absolute pleasure to speak with as are all of the rest of the staff and guests, truly a hub for brilliant people in one of the most untouched an beautiful places I have ever stayed. I can’t wait to come back to El Valle !!

At the hostel, every room is equipped with a terrace with a garden view. It is a unique place with a wonderful host. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed walking in the farm among the coconut trees and the beautiful river. We had a peaceful and comfortable stay, would definitely come back!

Garden was from paradise with loads of birds, butterflies and toads (at night). We were lucky as it was not busy when we were there so quiet outdoor kitchen and beautifully kept shared bathroom. You must try Teresa’s jerk pork a few yards down the road - she was great fun whenever we visited her - she might be the heart of Brighton Beach! We stayed in February 2025.

The location is beautiful, it is a little hard to get to but once you get there it is definitely worth the trip .
