From the moment I arrived, the owner were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with local tips and a warm smile. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. I especially loved the common area—it’s perfect for meeting fellow travelers or just relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to major attractions, great cafes, and public transport. Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere was friendly and laid-back. Highly recommend for solo travelers, backpackers, or anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet quality stay!

NoMadders Ha Giang có hồ bơi ngoài trời, khu vườn, phòng chờ chung và sân hiên ở Hà Giang. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Food was delicious. I did the loop tour through No Madders as well, and it was incredble. Highly recommend staying here and doing their tour!

It is on the edge of the local market but still quiet to sleep. The owner speaks good English and they are really friendly(In Vietnam, we had few really unfriendly guesthouse experience). They keep this homestay super clean and tidy. Everything works well, shower is hot, bed is comfortable. What else you could ask for Ha Giang loop?

I booked my stay at Hanoi Backpackers Lodge Hostel through Booking, and they replied incredibly fast. Not only that, they also helped me arrange a pick-up from Noi Bai Airport right after I landed from Bangkok, Thailand. At the reception, there was a very friendly staff member who even offered me a bottle of local soft drink while I was waiting. They were truly caring and great listeners. We also booked the 4 days Ha Giang Loop tour with them. At first, I didn’t expect much because the weather wasn’t great, but it turned out to be the most fun and memorable trip of my entire 2-month holiday. A huge thank you to Son-the front desk for his kindness and care during my stay. He truly made my experience in Hanoi unforgettable, and I would recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Vietnam – especially if you want a personal touch and exceptional hospitality.
