They made me feel so welcome, always making jokes and ready to help me with anything. They also helped me organize my tours and were very flexible if I had to change anything (I stayed here many nights). Also the location is really good. But most important the team had really good vibe with lovely people!

Good location in Hanoi in a slightly quieter part of the city but you can walk to the old quarter in 15 mins and there is lots of local food places and coffee shops.

I had an airport pickup organised by them and everything went very smoothly. The location is nice, very quiet area but also very close to the famous railway restaurant street.
