Really nice hostel with great facilities and in a really good location. Lockers were relatively big (you got two lockers, a big one for your luggage and a small one by your bed for your personal things, which i thought was very nice), you got a towel at check in (you had to leave like 200,000 VND deposit which you got back after you checked out), everything was clean, and there was daily housekeeping.

If I could describe this inn, it would be the little haven of peace, serenity, and harmony. It was the first time I felt at home, with my family. I laughed with all my heart, I sang, I was so happy, I lacked nothing. The staff was incredibly kind, very helpful, caring. The beds are comfortable, the rooms and bathroom are clean, and the hostel has the best location in Hanoi. Very friendly people - booked us a very cheap taxi from the airport and were happy to do washing for us, make us coffee and give us water everyday. They kept everything very tidy and gave us some food and ATM recommendations. Booked a second stay since it is so cheap and easy. The room was massive and had a great view from the 4th floor. Lots of stairs but he carried the suitcases up for us.

Located in the Old Quarter across the street from Hoan Kiem Lake, Little Diamond Hotel 2 offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel also houses a restaurant. This is a good place to stay in Hanoi. Location is great, there are only few steps to go to Hoan Kiem Lake. It’s also close enough to walk to Old Quarter from here. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are very supportive and kind. You can drop luaggage here before checking in.
