The staff was kind enough to find us a comfi corner to crash while we waited for our room to become available. As soon as the previous guest left they cleaned the room for us so we could install ourselves and get some more sleep. Room is comfortable, clean and has all one needs. Staff is great and so is the rooftop.

All units at Triple Hostel include air conditioning and a safety deposit box. I enjoyed my first stay so much that I decided to come back for a second time. The hostel was very modern and clean. It's located in an alley (which doesn't have the negative connotation it does in the U.S. In Vietnam, businesses are often in alleys). I was honestly surprised by how intimate the setting was. I was in the single room on the first floor as I was advised to have since I had a lot of heavy luggage from shopping and the hotel didn't have an elevator. Only a little bit of stairs to climb. Also, I left something in Hoi An and asked if I could have it shipped there (and this was before I even checked in and arrived) and they said yes and happily took care of it until I arrived. Everyone was nice and super responsive. There are pets but they are trained and not unruly, and they are small.
