After a long, tiring day and just before our sleeper bus to Hanoi, we asked if it was possible to take a quick shower. Without hesitation, they kindly arranged it for us, a gesture we truly appreciated. Their warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression.

The hostel offers an American or Asian breakfast. Hospitable people and kind. Very generous The place is in a calm area a little bit far from the town center, but was not an issue because it is away from the crowded roads. In my spare time i enjoyed the small library they have.

I was there for my birthday, and Tuong’s father treated me to plum wine toasts, and Truong got me a birthday cake that we ate with his family. They arrange all sorts of tours and treks, but they still helped me decide where to trek independently. I cant say enough about them. The room was very comfortable, too.

The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.

Well located (right next to the center but much quieter), very clean, huge room with very comfortable bed, and the staff are so nice and helpful. They cleaned my room daily and gave my clean towels and free bottles of water. The staff can speak English very well so I could communicate with them with no problem, the guy at the reception is super nice and kind. If I come back to Sapa I'll make sure to book again with them.
