Very generous The place is in a calm area a little bit far from the town center, but was not an issue because it is away from the crowded roads. In my spare time i enjoyed the small library they have.

The house itself is brand new, clean and in a convenient location. It was cold when I arrived and they had a heater under the mattress already on for me. The family with their 3 young kids are super sweet, both the wife and husband are guides so the wife Xi Xi guided me on a walk through the valley the first day and taught me about the local culture and area and the husband Dơ organized for me to hike Fansipan mountain and took me up there my second day, for a better price than I could have gotten elsewhere. He even had a little medal and certificate for me at the top. Dơ was a chef before and the food was very delicious with generous proportions. Xi Xi always prepared a delicious breakfast with and option of soup or eggs and fresh fruit. When I needed to go to Sapa early to catch my bus Dơ took me on the motorbike. All in all a perfect place with wonderful hosts from which to explore the area :)

The property itself was in a central location in Sapa town and walking distance to Cat Cat village. The hotel was clean, comfortable and breakfast was the best we’ve had during our trip to Vietnam! The manager Mia was the highlight of our stay here. She was so kind and accommodated our 1 am arrival from the bus without any issue. She even upgraded our room when a new one was available! If we come back to Sapa, we will definitely be staying here again.

Had the perfect stay at this guesthouse. The owner is fantastic, very helpful, even helped with a taxi as I left, and sending something to hanoi that I forgot. bed was super comfy, heated blanket too! great hot shower as well, and a nice view from the windows. could not ask for a better trekking base for sure.

The location is very near all our target tourist spots to visit. The room is clean and the view is ok (unfortunately foggy furing our stay tho) The service is very good. Evry staff is accomodating and kind and always smile. Heater/aircon is working

Great location, everything you need within walking distance. There is a balcony and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The staff is very attentive and helped me in a difficult situation. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, and in the room there is a kettle, hair dryer, bed heater and fan. The toilet and shower room is small, but the water pressure is excellent and the water heater works quickly. WiFi was good, room was clean and cozy. In my opinion, this is the best deal for that budget. I will be happy to come back!

The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.

He offered to dry our hand wash clothes. I should have just taken laundry service ☺️ he is awesome knowledge, buses, motorbike, rentals, etc. Etc. Highly recommended... Great value!
