Good stopover on HCM road. It’s cheap & basic. Owners helped where they could but the language barrier was obvious because I can’t speak Vietnamese. (My fault, not theirs) Generally clean. Hot water in bathroom, which was private. Room door locks. Motorcycles parked safely in foyer area & behind a gate over night. There is a great Banh My place about 50m up to the left on the looking at the street , and a coffee place 2 doors further up.

Can't expect luxury for the price you pay. However, all was nice enough with no complaints. Safe parking for motorcycles. Beds no problem at all, bathroom a bit spartan, but with warm water and clean enough. Decent first night stop for HCM trail ride after leaving Da Nang.

Great location, right at the city center. Rooms are well equipped, with a big TV. Breakfast is quite yummy.

We only stayed overnight to do a boarder run to extend our Visas, so we went for the cheapest option. Beds were really comfortable and the room itself was really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
