They allowed me to use the shower in an empty room (thankfully there was one available) after the tour and before the bus.

Arrived at the start of a bad flood and the power went out, they used a battery pack to keep the wifi on so the few of us there could stay in touch with family and also fed us. Very nice family and the rooms were also very nice and comfortable. I wish I'd had time to stay without a flood

A truly lovely hotel with an equally lovely team. They went out of their way to help me organise my time in Hue, which made everything so much easier. My room was beautifully presented and had all the bits and pieces I could possibly need. Breakfast with that river view was the perfect start to each day — calm, charming, and thoroughly enjoyable.
