A little slice of bush heaven tucked near the Kruger Park. The staff and volunteers were extremely kind and attentive and quickly make you feel part of the hostel community. Within a few hours of arriving we had visitors by the pool (zebras!). The hostel was extremely clean and well decorated. The pool was clean and great for when you need to cool down. There were different spaces to mingle with others or have some quiet time/do work if you wish. The tours were awesome - despite it being a scorcher of a day we saw a plethora of wildlife! The hostel doesn’t host too many guests, which creates an intimate feel and makes it easier to get to know everyone. By the end of the trip, you will feel like part of the hostel family. I hope to visit again and will recommend to friends! 🌻

Great place to stay in Malelane, so close to Crocodile Bridge and at a very reasonable price. Alison is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Situated in a valley within 6 km from Hazyview, along the scenic Panorama route, Hazyview Adventure Backpackers features an outdoor swimming pool, lush garden and restaurant. The facility is fantastic. Beautiful place, the room was perfect and the services well organised. Excellent location. The staff were wonderful, they were family for 3 days. Highly recommended to everyone!

Loved this place! Felt so cozy and homey. Lots of open spaces and common areas, there’s also a pool where guests can cool off. Kitchen facilities were right at the dorm room which was so convenient. There’s a stove, microwave, and fridge that guests could use. The location is great too. Sure, it’s not at the town center but it’s in a safe, quiet residential area. If you need food, there’s a SPAR just 20 minutes away on foot, as well as a couple of restaurants. The staff could help you order food for delivery too. If you need to go to the town center, it’s easy to book a cab from here. It’s easy to book tours. Dave helped me book the perfect tour and found people I could join to cut down expenses cause i was traveling solo. The staff were great! They were all friendly and helpful. Dave and Bella were the perfect hosts, made me feel right at home! Wish i could have stayed longer!
