• We recommend you that all restaurants and services (activities outdoor/indoor, treatments and Spa circuit, Gym, Kids Club, etc) must be reserved, due to the limited capacity. If you do not make a reservation before your arrival at the hotel, you may not find availability, and you will not enjoy all the services Sport Hotel Resort & Spa offers you. • Children less than 13 years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. Children from 13–18 years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Swimsuit, flip flops, and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit.

• No pools for swim are available in Winter season. We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions.

• For children we have the Kids Club: 3 consecutive hours of daily free access to the program of activities and entertainment with advance reservation required, for children from 4 to 12 years old. Children under 4 years of age may reserve the service at an additional cost.

• Enjoy a gastronomic experience in our Restaurants Ibaya, Koy Hermitage, Glass Bar, Hermitage Tradició, Sol i Neu Club Hermitage, Sol i Neu Pizzeria, Hot Point (food & beverages trucks), Barbecue Sport, Tofana and The Villager. Please, remember, before reserving a room that restaurants will have a seasonal opening, so it is better always reserve them before arrival, to have the opportunity to enjoy the quality and surprising gastronomic variety that characterizes Sport Hotels Resort & Spa. • Ask us about our snow or summer Activities.

• Check-in is after 3 pm, if they arrived earlier and had the room available, we would deliver it at no additional cost. Despite this we cannot guarantee that the room is ready before the set time.

• Promotions are subject to availability and not cumulative.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Outdoor parking for free (availability limited) .

• Paid covered public parking in a nearby place (subject to availability. We cannot make pre-reservation. This parking does not belong to our property).

• Free Wi-Fi available throughout all the hotel (Also possible to contract payable Premium internet services in room)

• Our hotels and Sport Wellness Mountain & Spa are internally connected to each other but bear in mind that might exist some architectural barriers.

• We can offer you shuttle service too, with high-level vehicles or/and helicopter (pre arrival mandatory reservation requested and available for an extra cost).

• Andorran tourist tax is 3.14€ per night/ per person for the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Hermitage Mountain Residences. From 16 years old, up to 7 nights stay. This will be adjusted on your final bill to be paid at the hotel.

• The American Express credit card is not accepted for payments throughout the country of Andorra from August 7, 2022. Sorry for the inconvenience, it is not a decision of the Hotel.
