The half-board rate is valid for 1 or 2 adults. An additional charge will apply at the hotel for extra person and children. Special brunch is not included in the half-board rate. A meal upgrade is available with an additional charge to be paid at the venue.

Half-board meal (dinner) will be served in All Day Dining Restaurant, Zala Restaurant only. To upgrade dinner to Al Hadheerah Desert Restaurant (Mainly Arabic cuisines), a supplement will charged at the hotel directly.

Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

Resort credit during summer only applies to Spa and Leisure Activities. Restaurant discounts do not apply to In-room Dining and Ninive Restaurant.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
