Now, you are home. Ihaca Homes Established Ihaca was theoretically planned in January of 2025 and established in February of 2025, and our first apartment went live in March of 2025 in Dubai. The journey has been a roller coaster, as narrowing down apartments and giving them the essence of Ihaca was a challenge. We always looked upon quality over quantity, so from the location of the apartment to the furniture, everything has been handpicked by us, keeping comfort and luxury in mind.

Our home is strategically situated in the heart of Dubai Marina, one of the most prestigious waterfront destinations. Just a short walk from the lively Marina Walk, where you can explore an array of restaurants, cafés, and retail outlets. It’s also close to popular landmarks like JBR Beach/Ain Dubai, situated on Blue Water Island. Easy connectivity Just seconds away from Marina Crown is the Dubai Tram, which connects you to the Red Line Metro, which gives you access to the rest of Dubai, making it simple to explore the city’s cultural, dining, and shopping hotspots.
