This high-rise apartment with sweeping views of Marina Walk and surrounding skyscrapers is directly connected to Marina Mall. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing and comfy seating. The small private balcony has a small table and chair for you to enjoy a cool drink or dine alfresco while admiring the blue waters of the Marina. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven and a microwave. The bedroom contains a lush king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens, multiple storage spaces for your belongings and a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. A vital feature of this multi-purpose neighbourhood is the large canal; it stretches over 3.5 km providing access to the sea on both ends. There is yet to be an area in Dubai that doesn't have a mall for you to get your shopping fix. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
