Located on the 16th floor of Binghatti Canal in Business Bay, this 65 sq. m. one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple. High-end furnishings and sleek design elements may be found everywhere you look. The living area is furnished with a grey sofa covered with an orange spread, an orange pouf, a grey rug, a coffee table, a 59-inch high-definition smart TV, electronic curtains, and a variety of decorative elements, wall art, and houseplants. A pleasant eating area with a rectangle table and four seats can be found just off the living room. Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and lead out to a private balcony with a swing and sofa set. Views of the canal from the balcony are spectacular. Kitchen appliances in the apartment include a hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, gas burner, and dishwasher. The kitchen's gorgeous grey electronic cabinets and white worktops give off a clean, modern vibe. That's in addition to the standard kitchen equipment, dishes, silverware, trash cans, and wine glasses. The bedroom comprises a king-size orange bed, two nightstands with lights, a wall painting, a wardrobe, and patio doors. There is a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet in the bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a toilet and a sink for guests to use. Soap, toilet paper, and towels are given, along with other bathroom necessities like a hair dryer, hot water, and slippers. Apartment safety features include a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit, as well as a drying rack, hangers, closet, iron, and ironing board.

Business Bay Dubai has excellent access to two of the city's busiest thoroughfares: Sheikh Zayed Road to the north and Al Khail Road to the south. One can also get out at a door that opens right onto Downtown Boulevard. Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station, Financial Centre Station, and Emirates Towers Station are all conveniently located near Business Bay on the metro. In addition, Dubai's plan for water transportation includes the Dubai Water Canal, which is 100 meters wide and runs from Business Bay to the sea. Now finished, travelers can board water taxis at Dubai Creek and travel to the city's most popular destinations, including Business Bay, Jumeirah, Al Wasl, and Sheikh Zayed Road. Water bus and private boat docking stations have been constructed on either side of the canal, making it a popular destination for visitors and locals alike.
