This is a family business, our lovely Holiday Homes company (DTCM licensed) I am working together with my husband and we have 3 very friendly, punctual, and responsible colleagues (Joan Jason, and Anthony), who are helping us to make the check-ins and guest registrations in the Dubai Tourism Department. This is to ensure that each guest will receive enough attention. We care a lot about the cleaning of the apartment. Our cleaning team is well trained (by us) and do their best each time. We provide cleaning before your check-in (along with linens and towels). As we spend our time and attention to keep apartments clean, we are waiting for the same respect from the guests. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies. Guests should respect their neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers. This is a newly furnished 1 BD apartment which has everything needed for the comfortable stay. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) with a comfy mattress and blackout curtains to help you sleep well. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. You'll also find all the plates, cups, and utensils you need. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and power adapters are in the apartment. Access to the building amenities such as the community area, pool, and gym. Guests have free Wi-Fi, 1 reserved covered parking spot. Potential Noise Alert: Construction work is currently taking place in the area, and you may experience some noise due to excavation equipment. One of the more established areas in Dubai, Jumeirah's ideal location near the beach makes it perfect for beachside living. Brimming with history, this area was previously a fisherman diving and trading site. With close proximity to the Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah, this area is speckled with several tourist attractions. Beautiful villas and townhouses span the locality, with a large repertoire of restaurants to choose from nearby.
