Set on the amazing West Beach, with breathtaking views the sea, Marina skyline and Ain Dubai, this stunning villa features a large climate controlled private pool, garden and direct beach access. Head to the top floor, take a dip in the private jacuzzi and watch the sunset over the city. The Five Palm Beach Villa is a 'wow' property; it's difficult to capture the sheer size and luxury of the villa in the photos. This beach villa is double the size of the next category, and at 12,000 square feet, is a huge space. The beach villa comes complete with daily housekeeping and concierge service. Being in the luxury FIVE Palm Jumeirah hotel complex, guests benefit from full access to the 5* hotel's spa, gym, pools, beach and restaurants.

An extraordinary landmark on the trunk of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Five Palm Jumeirah is strategically located for convenient access to Dubai’s business districts, as well as the city’s many exciting tourist and entertainment attractions. This property is located near a hotel pool lounge and beach club, so music / activity can be audible inside the villa at times. It varies according to hotel schedule and can go on until late at night. A neighboring villa is also under renovation. If there is any concern please ask for more details. Dubai is known for its world firsts. One astounding example is the series of artificial archipelagos in the emerald waters of the Arabian Gulf. Palm Jumeirah, which looks like a stylised palm tree from above, was the first offshore development of its kind, and was originally billed as the Eighth Wonder of the World.
