Pet’s Policy: Non-refundable pet charge of AED 115/-net will be charged upon check-in for post-departure room cleaning. Pets are allowed in these room categories only: Budget Double or Twin (Garden View), Deluxe Studio with Pool View, or Deluxe One Bedroom Suite. Additional cost for any damages & needs for excessive cleaning of soiled linens, carpeting, or furniture. Need to present pet registration and vaccination copies upon check-in. Pets’ declaration form to be completed upon Check-In. Pets will be only allowed on the balcony and on the beach. Pets are not allowed to swim either in the pool or on the beach and are not allowed in restaurants. Pets need to be on a leash at all times outside the room

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 Day-use charges will apply to all guests who would like to use the facilities after check-out. Facilities can be used within 120 minutes only except every Saturday, Public Holidays, and holidays announced by the government.

 Barbecue facilities are available at the hotel premises and will only be allowed in the beachside area. We provide a complimentary BBQ grill. The charcoal & fuel is chargeable @ AED 40 + 15% TAXES per load. Barbecue will not be permitted on Oktoberfest & New Year’s Eve (31/12/2024).

 Per hotel policy, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available at our restaurants. Beverages that are purchased from outside are not permitted in public spaces and are for consumption inside the room only.

 The hotel is HACCP certified and for safety reasons does not allow consumption of food brought in from outside the hotel.

 Personal Shisha is prohibited at the hotel premises including inside the rooms.

 During the holy month of Ramadan, our bars and retail shop will be closed and not serve alcoholic drinks.  All amenities inside the rooms should be used only inside the rooms, any amenities missing upon check-out will be charged.

 Pool Towels Cards are available at the reception and will be provided upon check-in. Please present this towel card to the pool attendant in exchange for one towel. Return the used towels to the pool attendant to retrieve your towel card. At check-out, please return towel cards to reception to avoid a charge of AED 100 per card.

 Guest without appropriate swimwear will not be allowed in the pool.

 All children who will access the swimming pools & lagoon beach must be accompanied by their parents or a guardian.

 Private parties are prohibited inside the room. The banquet Hall is available for parties on a chargeable basis.

 Religious gatherings are prohibited on the hotel premises.

 Guests are prohibited to bring their music systems/instruments or speakers to the hotel premises.

 Personal boats, kayaks & jet skis are prohibited on the hotel premises. Water sports activities are available on a chargeable basis.

 Liability Claus: The management does not take any responsibility for any personal valuables left in the room or the guest vehicles parked on the premises. Guests are expected to take abundant precautions to prevent theft, damage, and loss of their valuables and personal belongings. Safe lockers are available in all rooms.

 All policies, terms & conditions as may be advised by the hotel will be applicable.

 Rights of admission are reserved. We advise all guests to adhere & comply with the Government of Umm Al Quwain & the Hotel’s rules and regulations and we highly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
