Your stay provides complimentary access to the building’s top-tier facilities located on the 5th, 1st and ground floors, including: Fully equipped gym (with separate Ladies' gym and spinning room) Three heated swimming pools with sunbeds and cabanas - infinity family pool, Olympic - sized lap pool, shaded children pool Outdoor and indoor heated jacuzzi Steam room and sauna Outdoor and indoor kids’ playgrounds Tennis, squash, basketball court and football pitch Table tennis and pool table BBQ facilities The 5th floor is designated as a family and community public space, and as such, alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in accordance with UAE law and the building policy. Our house rules are simple: please be respectful of the neighbours, follow Abu Dhabi’s laws and regulations, and take good care of the apartment. Quiet hours 22:00 - 06:00. Parties are not permitted. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, and failure to comply will result in the full forfeiture of your security deposit.
