The property is located in the heart of Jumeirah Lake Towers, with easy access to the beach, the lake, and local tram and metro lines. Fantastic high-rise building with partial views of the Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road, as well as the Jumeirah Lakes and the Burj al Arab. Our guests can enjoy a cruise, shopping, a relaxing marina promenade, and Jumeirah Lake Park, which has five children's playgrounds, three mosques, a police station, a civil defense station, a hospital, and other amenities. There are two Dubai metro stations on the site: SHOBHA Reality (formerly DAMAC Properties) and DMCC, which provide guests with easy access to all of Dubai's other attractions.

We are just across of Dubai Marina, very near to Dubai Marina Metro Station, Dubai Marina is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an artificial canal city, built along a 3-kilometre (2 mi) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. As of 2018, it has a population of 55,052. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. Dubai Marina was inspired by the Concord Pacific Place development along False Creek in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
