Welcome to our holiday home located just 50 meters from the promenade and 150 meters from the beach. Our cozy single-story house is perfect for families with children. The entire property is fully fenced, ensuring safety and peace of mind for the little ones. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with all the comforts needed to feel at home.

Our holiday home is situated in a quiet and private area, with few hotels and apartments nearby. Just 100 meters from the property, you will find a supermarket for all your daily needs. The center of Velipoja is approximately 500 meters away, easily accessible on foot, where you can explore additional leisure and entertainment options.
