Penthouse suite by the amaizing view of vlora city in skel . Come enjoy this lovely elegant and modern Terrace Penthouse with walking distance by the Vlora Beach and main centre of Vlora ! Building in 2009 on the nine floor on the very top of store building , the flat is suitable with lift or stairs, your vacation home features brand new furnishings, 2 modern bathrooms with laundry , 2 bedrooms, and 2 kitchens. The 2 bedroom is equipped with a full kitchen, amaizing balcony view , and much more. For sleeping accommodations, you’ll enjoy 2 bedrooms awash with an abundance of natural light. The Master features a queen bed with access to its own bathroom, while one bedroom offers two single beds . The big living room includes a modern sofa set, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, stylish equipment, and free WiFi. The large bright kitchen flows into the living room with beautiful windows on the terrace side that allows breathtaking views. The terrace has an unbelievable city view and unforgettable sunsets! The beach is only 700m . Cross the street, and you can also enjoy the bars or any of the restaurants that offer Italian and traditional food just steps away .

I like my neighbourhood because there are a lot of shops like restaurants, a hairdresser’s, a supermarket , a play area for kids ,lots of dessert ,coffe traditional shop ,playground and pharmacy. What I like best about my neighbourhood is the bus line which passes few steps from my penthouse. It allows me to get to the beach in a few minutes otherwise i choose always walk for 10 minutes till i got to the nearest beach or lungomare. My natural environment is healthy because there are green spaces and an adventure playground.you can relax in balcony and watch your kids play in it.One of the best advantages of my neighbourhood is it’s built so that there’s not just buildings (owned or rent) but also people living in houses, and that’s good to mix social differences.
