The building is located in Red wheel , just 3 km from Durres center, 30 km from airport, and 50 meters from the beautiful beach . This is a perfect location for a peacefully holidays , and for all the conveniences close at hand. Its located, right near the center , means guests benefit from an array of amenities and services, including a good selection of bars and restaurants, with the beach at the doorstep . It is located on the eight floor, elegant apartment with an entrance by a large living room, fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom . The apartments are together 65 m2 with a spacious living room and an open plan kitchen, with balcony overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast in the morning or drink a beer in the west in this wonderful view. The apartment is newly decorated in an elegant style, white, cream and blue. In apartment you have all you need to make food, washing clothes , air conditioner, Tv, lift, private parking , internet etc. I can help you when you need something extra 🤗🙂
