The villa features one big swimming pool with jacuzzi with sunbeds and swings, 6 bedrooms (two single bedrooms, one bunk bedroom, one double bedroom, one queen size bedroom, one king size bedroom, one Living room with a fireplace and chessboard, three bathrooms (one on each floor) one multigym and pingpong room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, outdoor furniture with a barbeque. Vila Sunrise është me tre kate ofron një pamje të mrekullueshme të Gjirit të Lalëzit në jug dhe Gjirit të Shëngjinit në veri, si dhe një peizazh gjithmonë ndjellës dhe pamje nga deti i maleve dhe kodrave përreth.
