The guest house "YEREVAN" is located in the very center of Yerevan. Guests are provided with five spacious rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and toilet, air conditioning. The guest house consists of three floors. On the first floor, there is a work desk with a computer, as well as rooms where the house owner resides. The second and third floors are used for the guest house. On the second floor, there are three rooms and a living room. The living room is furnished with luxurious soft furniture, a coffee table, armchairs, a television with satellite channels and a balcony. On the third floor, there are two rooms and a living room, also equipped with luxurious soft furniture, a coffee table, and a large refrigerator. The third floor also has a large closed veranda with a large fireplace and a dining area, as well as air conditioning. Guests are provided with an ironing board, iron and towel dryers, as well as a hairdryer.
