The house was built in the 1890s and is considered a historical and cultural monument, located within the territory of the "Kumayri" reserve-museum. It is constructed of stone, while wood predominates in the interior decoration. It is the best choice to enjoy the craftsmanship of Gyumri's stone and wood artisans. All amenities have been created, along with a warm atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.
The house is located at the heart of Gyumri, where the visitors can enjoy the history, culture and architecture of the city. Only by walking you will be able to visit museums, Central Park and Vardanants square and enjoy delicious Armenian food in the restaurants nearby.
