Property information

The new house is built in the Art Nouveau style by the highest class in 2022! It is fenced off from extraneous views. This is a private paradise. The building decorated of natural stones outside. The rooms are separated and furnished. You will have high quality beds and matrasses, refrigerator, wordrobe and chairs and a table. In the evening light, sitting on the terrace or on the balcony, enjoy the wine, the coolness and the view of the ARARAT valley. Relax, you have three places of rest: a gazebo made of natural wood, a terrace by the pool, and a balcony with a view of ARARAT. There is the whole territory like on your palm. Also you will have homoks on the roof-terrace. The garden is well maintained. There are fruits, vegetables and greens - treat yourself! Flowers will please you with variety.

Neighbourhood information

Your vacations in fresh air, with an excellent view from the balcony, singing birds without city noise, will be unforgettable. Harbert is the District of Yerevan, where the holiday season starts from the end of April, and finish at mid-November. Warm, velvet weather and lack of wind make it possible to swim in the outdoor pool from the end of May to the end of October. Also the Jakuzy with worming water. You can go to the down-town by taxi is very chip at any time. If you want to go by bus, go ahead, it is 3 minutes to the bus station. Supermarket is in 2 minuteswalking distance. 30 minutes from the airport.
