The property is located at Sevan Lake. 3 minutes walk from the house to the beach. We can host at most 8 people(one with additional bed).
The house is in a private area, so the beach is almost always empty. There is a beach sports place near our house and we can provide contact details of a person, who brings fresh fish and crayfish.
