Our apartments are different from a hotel or aparthotel. You feel at home, living as Mendocinian do, rigth in the center of the city. You have your independent access to your apartment, feeling free to come and go as you wish, with your own kitchenette and sitting room to prepare some healthy simple meal, or buy some ready to eat meal to enjoy watching tv, without having to lunch every day in a restaurant.
We would love to help you to plan your stay, give you tips about activities, places, tours and visits to make your days in Mendoza the best experience!
Right next to the Cathedral of Loreto and 50 meters from Sarmiento square, perfect for children, crossing the square about 200 meters is the municipal aquarium and 100 meters from the aquarium the traditional churros factory of Mendoza "Churrico". At 300 meters from the apartments to the west is the most important commercial and tourist avenue of the city "Avenida San Martín" to find plenty of cafes, restaurants, fast food, gifts and shopping.

Please note that the underground parking lot only fits cars smaller than 4.40 metres in lenght and 1.95 meters wide (including mirrors). Guests with bigger cars can use a nearby private parking lot, only 50 metres away, for an additional cost.

Guests are kindly requested to note the fact that the road passage between Chile and Mendoza may be at times closed because of weather conditions before selecting non-refundable rates.
