Está ubicado a 7 cuadras del centro. 2 cuadras de la zona balnearia del río San Antonio. Contas con un nutrido centro comercial para proveerte de todo lo que necesitas a solo 50 metros . Zona muy tranquila y segura todo el día. Si no tenes auto para trasladarte lo haces caminando o con taxi o uber a muy bajo coste.
Aquí siempre serán bienvenidos y muy bien atendidos, es un ambiente familiar pero vas a tener tu privacidad en todo momento.
Vas a estar en un barrio residencial. Se llama La quinta IV sección. Cerquita (a 50 metros) tenés un centro comercial muy completo con un supermercado, fiambrería, farmacia, panadería , paradas de colectivos.
