The Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal-Hochfügen Ski Area is 1.5 km away and can be reached with the free ski bus that stops outside the hotel. Cross-country skiing trails are accessible just steps away. The Zillertalbahn is a 10-minute walk away. The centre of Ried offers shops and a beach volleyball and tennis courts.
