The bright living room and bedroom impress with their cosy atmosphere and a fantastic view of the rolling hills of the surrounding vineyards. The fully equipped kitchen – including a dishwasher, hob and coffee machine – leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to enjoy yourself. A special highlight is the private terrace directly in the vineyards – the perfect place to relax and end the day with a glass of South Styrian wine. The crowning glory: the breathtaking infinity pool with a panoramic view over the sea of vines – an unforgettable experience.

I am an architect and property developer who loves and appreciates the finer things in life. With this wonderful project, I have fulfilled a dream, and I am delighted to now be able to offer you an unforgettable experience in this breathtaking flat. A small highlight in the flat are two of my sketches, which were created at the very beginning of the project and anticipated everything that followed.

Hiking, cycling, experiencing culture or relaxing in the spa? With so many options, let your head, heart or gut decide! Thanks to the excellent wineries in the surrounding area, special culinary delights are guaranteed. Traditional wineries such as Polz, Tement, Trummer, Primus, Elsnegg and Potzinger are located in the immediate vicinity. Fancy a cool glass of wine or beef salad with pumpkin seed oil? The excellent wine taverns of the surrounding wineries guarantee enjoyment with a view of the beautiful hilly landscape. In addition to swimming, fitness and wellness in your own home, the picturesque landscape tempts you to go hiking, running, cycling or e-biking. In winter, Slovenia's largest ski area with 41.5 kilometres of slopes also stretches out here. There is also plenty to enjoy culturally. Every year, Styria hosts the international festival for contemporary art, "Steirischer Herbst". A wide range of cultural activities (theatre, opera, concerts, film, festivals, etc.) are available all year round in the nearby cities of Leibnitz, Maribor and Graz.
