Our newly designed apartment is quietly nestled at the edge of the forest in Fahrendorf, with a beautiful view of Lake Wörthersee. Enjoy 90 m² of relaxation, nature, and style – perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers seeking peace. It’s the ideal base for a lakeside getaway or, in winter, direct access to the nearby Fahrendorf ski lift. The vibrant center of Velden am Wörthersee is just a 5-minute drive away. Our apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: A bright living room with panoramic windows, cozy sofa (convertible into a bed), smart TV, and direct access to the terrace with lake view. A bedroom with a high-quality double bed, a baby cot, and optional the couch in the reading space can be converted to a bed as well upon request. A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, stove, oven, and microwave – nothing left to wish for. A modern bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer, and natural cosmetic products. A small workspace with desk and reading corner. You’ll also have access to a private terrace and large garden area – all part of your apartment. The unit is equipped with a central ventilation system, underfloor heating, and uses both geothermal and solar energy. All rooms have external blinds (Raffstores) to darken the space as needed. Fahrendorf, near Velden am Wörthersee, is a peaceful little village nestled at the foot of Mount Sternberg – just 5 minutes by car from the vibrant lakeside town of Velden. It’s a place of calm, surrounded by nature and tradition. One of the local highlights is the charming church on Sternberg Hill, offering breathtaking panoramic views across Carinthia. The church is just a 20-minute walk away, along a scenic forest trail that starts right outside the apartment. In winter, the slope of the small Fahrendorf ski lift lies directly next to the apartment – perfect for families and beginners. Year-round, the area around Sternberg is ideal for hiking, with trails ranging from relaxing forest walks to scenic mountain routes. Despite its quiet setting, Fahrendorf is well connected – Velden and Lake Wörthersee are just a short drive or bus ride away, making this the perfect balance between countryside charm and lakeside living.
