The fine print
Please note that the spa area is not available during the summer season. During the winter season, it is available free of charge twice a week with a minimum stay of 1 week. The sun bed and the massages are available at a surcharge.
The Silvretta Card -Premium is valid from 19. June 2025 until 12. October 2025 and is to be paid directly to the landlord on arrival! The price is 7.00 Euro per adult per day and 3.50 Euros per child per day. You can use all cable cars in the Paznaun valley as well as in the neighbouring Montafon and Brandnertal. Local buses and the Silvretta-Card Hochalpenstraße are included.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
