Our apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle.... as well as a safe, a radio and a hairdryer, We also offer free Wi-Fi, a bun service, parking in front of the house, In the ski- and shoeroom you can keep your Ski`s or snowboards, a boot dryer is also there.

Our house "Apart Sonnhof" is located in a sunny location above Sölden. We are just 10 minutes from the town center. As a guest, you can easily get on the "Zentrum Shuttle", it is just a few minutes to the village. Fast, convenient, free - and your car stays at home. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Ötztal Alps. In winter our house is located directly on the ski slope in "Innerwald" next to the beginner area. Whether from Giggijoch or from Gaislachkogel, there goes 2 runs directly in your accommodation. Sölden offers in winter 33 modern ski lifts and over 146 kilometers of slopes for all abilities. In summer our house is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes. Enjoy the summer in the "Ötztal" with its beautiful mountain scenery. 300 km of well-marked hiking trails, themed walks and various bike trails, climbing, canyoning and much more is waiting for you. One of the most popular amusement parks in Europe, the "Area47", is located at the entrance to the "Ötztal".
