An excellent option for both 2 and 4 people. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance, and a large park is right next to the house. Excellent transport interchange, 4 minutes to the U4 Rossauer Lände metro station and 5 minutes to the Wien Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof railway station. In partnership with the design studio, we created the design of the apartment and filled it with everything you need In the kitchen, you can prepare lunch or dinner. There is a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are the necessary spices, tea, coffee and butter. The living room has a Smart TV, a sofa bed for two people and a dining table. In the bedroom: a sizeable 2-bedroom bed with orthopaedic mattress and hypoallergenic pillows, a large wardrobe for storing things. Also, our team is always in touch. We are in a hurry to make your living experience the best.
