We offer an apartment house, with two separate apartments. The upper apartment has 2 bedrooms and a couch in the living room, offering beds for 6 people. The apartment below has one bedroom and a couch in the living room, offering space for 4 people. It also has an infra sauna, for 2-3 persons. If the two apartments are not rented out together, or if you want some more heat, you can come over to us and use the Finnish Sauna at our property, it provides space for 4-6 people. We welcome your four legged friends in both of our apartments, we also travel with our dog most of the time. Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like preparing your breakfast, we can provide it to you. When you arrive, you tell us when you would want it next day, we prepare everything and carry it over to the apartment, you can eat it there or on the balcony, enjoying the view.

We live in the neighboring house, we are available if you need anything. We can help you with recommendations what to do around here, where to hike, where to go to ski or what to do if the weather is not so great. We have two small kids 4 - 5.5 years, they are happy to play with yours if you come with kids. We also have a very friendly Labrador dog who lives in our house, but your kids are welcome to play with her. We are also happy to socialize if you want to sit with us on the terrace with a tea, beer or wine and stare at beautiful view.

The apartment is located in a dead end street away from traffic on 1000m sea level, with a beautiful view at a valley 500m below. A very peaceful, remote place, perfect for relaxation, whether you want to relax after skiing, touring, cycling or running or even just want to lie in the garden in the grass to enjoy the silence or to listen to the birds. The ski regions Gerlitzen and Bad Kleinkircheim are 15-20 minutes drive away. There is an authentic Austrian "Hütte", just 200 Meters from the house for your lunch or dinner. Shopping facilities and restaurants are 4km away down in the village Affritz am See. The area from spring to autumn is ideal for hikers, cyclists and motor bikers, there are hundreds of hiking possibilities, mountains, lakes, tourist attractions for little ones and grownups.
