Dear Guests, Welcome to Appartement Steinbock! My name is Margit Keuschnick, and I am delighted to welcome you to our beautiful home in St. Johann in Tirol. Our modern house, built in 2015, is situated in a quiet and idyllic location, just five minutes from the center of St. Johann in Tirol. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and a sweet surprise. Each apartment features two balconies with spectacular mountain views. For your convenience, we have installed 43" Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, and Paramount apps, where you can easily log in with your existing account – perfect for cozy evenings. As our guest, you will enjoy exclusive daily access to the local indoor/outdoor pool with a heated pool, sports pool, diving board, exciting slides, and a dedicated children's area for three hours. An indoor/outdoor tennis court is also just a five-minute drive away.

St. Johann in Tirol offers an impressive variety of recreational activities and local restaurants with the finest Tyrolean cuisine. No matter the season or weather – boredom is not an option here! Summer activities include hiking, cable car rides, swimming, high rope courses, climbing (indoor or in the surrounding mountains), tennis, cycling, rafting, and mountain carting. In winter, you can enjoy skiing (several ski schools and a rental shop are available in town), cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, ice skating, and much more. Conveniently, the cross-country ski trail and a hill for children's tobogganing are located right behind our house. Our town offers numerous familiar shopping options like Hofer (Aldi), Spar, Billa, MPreis, DM, and many more. With high-speed internet, you can surf and stream without restrictions on our in-house Wi-Fi. Every morning, fresh bread from the local bakery can be delivered to your door upon request starting at 7:00 AM. Coffee capsules are also provided – enjoy your morning coffee on us! Your vehicle will be protected from the elements in our carport for the entire duration of your stay. Our in-house sauna is available free of charge at any time, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of activities. For longer stays, we offer a washing machine and dryer. Pets are warmly welcomed!
