Eberndorf belongs to the Völkermarkt district in Carinthia, the region near the Slovenian border offers mainly nature and mountains. The MTB Bike Park Petzen and the Petzen / Feistritz ob Bleiburg ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes, a perfect ski area for beginners, snowboarders and recreational skiers, are only 5 minutes away by car. You can take a dip in the cool water at the lido on Lake Klopeiner, which is only 20 minutes away by car. There are 2 other beautiful picturesque bathing lakes nearby, the Turner See and the Gösselsdorfersee, where you can also go swimming.
