Chalet Claassen - cozy and comfortable chalet in a unique natural setting Built in 2014, the wooden house has an area of 130 m2 distributed over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. it is situated in a quiet natural forest area at an altitude of 1.600 m. It has a large sunny terrace facing south and overlooking the ski area and mountains, a balcony and a carport for 2 cars. It is equipped with all amenities for a nice and comfortable stay, including wifi, floor heating, satellite TV, wood fire place, hot tub, oven, microwave, outdoor barbecue, etc. First floor: living room with a large open kitchen with all appliances, a spacious dining area, a cozy sitting area with L-bench and large TV, a wood-burning stove in the middle of the room and access to the spacious terrace with an electric hot tub with an increadible view over the ski area, mountains and and forest. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna on the first floor. There is a separate room for bicycle storage or ski storage with a heated ski boot rack for your ski boots, helmets, etc. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms of which two rooms with two single beds and two rooms with double beds and access to a large balcony with a stunning view. A second bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. You can use the baker's bread delivery service and there is a possibility to order breakfast or meals from a restaurant close by (50 meters away). Cleaning fee includes cleaning, electricity, water and fire wood, so no additional cost.

The Turracher Höhe is located around the Turracher Lake. Around the alpine lake there are many hotels and restaurants from basic to cullinair. From the chalet you can walk through the forest to the lake and further to the center (about 20 minutes walk) or drive by car (about 2 minutes). In wintert he ski bus stops at the nearby restaurant at 50 metres from the chalet. In the middle of one of the most impressive nature reserves in Austria! A centuries-old pine forest and a magnificent mountain world form the backdrop of this former health resort. Our cozy and comfortable chalet can be rented all year round.
