Villa Sonnenpiste is a fully furnished residence, personally built by the owner. Situated in a peaceful village directly on the slope, the property offers a tranquil setting with a wide range of activities in the surrounding area for both children and adults. The interior is tastefully and warmly decorated, ensuring guests immediately feel at home upon arrival. The upper floor comprises three spacious bedrooms and a complete bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. Additionally, the basement features a fourth bedroom and a large pool table. Families are especially welcome. A variety of amenities are available for children, including games, baby beds, highchairs, a sled, football goals, and a ball. The nearby swimming pool, located just a two-minute walk away, offers further opportunities for recreation. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. While cooking, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the mountains and the ski slope, which is lively during the winter season. We are Yvette and Roel, and together with our three children, Villa Sonnenpiste has truly become our second home. Our children, aged 8, 11, and 12, are always entertained, especially as we love creating active and memorable family outings. Professionally, Yvette works as a radiographer in a hospital, while Roel is active in the field of sustainable energy. Alongside her career, Yvette is passionate about ensuring that others can also experience the comfort and charm of Villa Sonnenpiste. She manages the property with great care across various booking platforms, making it possible for guests to enjoy the same warm and welcoming atmosphere that we treasure so much ourselves.

Villa Sonnenpiste is located approximately 1,000 km from Tilburg. Within just a 30-minute drive from the house, you will find two major ski resorts: Nassfeld and Zettersfeld. These are fantastic destinations for skiing or snowboarding in winter, but they are equally worth a visit in summer for beautiful hikes and a wide range of outdoor activities. In the village itself, guests can enjoy not only the local ski slope during the winter season, but also a large ice-skating rink for endless fun on the ice. The surrounding area also features several impressive gorges (“Klamm”) that are perfect for hiking and exploring. These routes are also very suitable for children, making them ideal family outings. Just a two-minute walk from the house is the public swimming pool Aquarena. In summer, it’s the perfect place to relax in the outdoor pool with its sunbathing lawn. During winter, nothing beats unwinding in the sauna and warming up after a day in the cold, while children can enjoy themselves in the indoor pool with its slide.
